HOW TO MAKE BIKO

Would like to share my way of making BIKO

1.)5 cups of glutinous rice (white or black)

2.) 1-kilo brown sugar

3.)1 liter Thai coconut milk (or any kind of coconut milk)

first step wash the glutinous rice and cook it like the way you cook the normal rice. While you’re cooking the glutinous rice. Place the coconut milk and the brown sugar in a cooking pan and start to cook it until it will be a little bet sticky. After that wait until the glutinous rice is cook and cold. By the time, that everything is ok mix the glutinous rice to the cook coconut and brown sugar. And after that transfer ire to a square pan and place it to the refrigerator. In 30 min its will be ready to eat.
