SCHMAND KUCHEN

let me share you my cheese cake.but in a german way the called it schmand kuchen.


1st:

75gr.butter
75gr.sugar
1 egg
150gr.flour
1tsp baking powder

2nd:

0,5 liter fresh milk
2 pack vanilla pudding powder
150gr.sugar

3rd:

3 becher schmand
125gr.flussigbutter
2-3 small cans of mandarine

The milk,pudding powder and 150gr.white sugar cook it untell it will simmer set it aside and let it untell be cold.if you notice that the pudding is already cold add the 3 small cups of schmand cream.and 125gr.flussig butter and 2-3 cans of small cans mandarine
And then mex the 75gr.butter,75gr.whitesugar,1egg,150gr.flour,1tsp baking powder.after that place the finesh thing in a baking pan.

bake it 45 minutes and in 200grade
