happen to have a visitors for 5 days.which end up to give me a busy time we know how busy having other people in your house right guys?lol.but its always nice the feeling to be sometimes a good samaritan.aaah and how nice also to be alone in your home.to be able to do things that you usually cant do if other people is around.lol..what is it?secret..!!

PAKSIW (LEKKER) YUMMY

Paksiw is one of our traditional filipino food if i aint got mistake.we was at the asian shop with my hubby and i saw some milkfish which is not so unusual or often to find it here in europe.for any reason i cant find any.milkfish in our dialect we called it bangus.people in our country usually grilled it with lots of tomato,onions,garlic inside of the stomach to give more taste and aroma to the fish.some cook it through relleno honestly dont know how to do it.but its taste also good.you can do any types of cooking you wanted.and of coures paksiw which is im prepared for.simple to do dont need a lot of time but delicious.my man is not a fan of it so i always end up eating it alone.

3 RED ROSES

I recieve a 3 red roses from my hubby.its our 3rd year anniversary we dont have any plan for this occasion.its better to stay at home and cook something special that we can share and celebrate.without spending big money outside its better to be more practical on this period of time.

if the weather is good as long as its not winter.i usually went a park nearby our house actually that park is one of the tourist spots in berlin.theres a big lake on it and have a lot of ducks.if i have some left over like bread.so then i come over and feed it to them.doing it is also quite relaxing.rather than to stay whole day at home and get bored why not come and set with those lovely creation of god.

autum is coming to town

arg autum is here and winter will fallow.end up those flip flop and cute ballirenas shoes and also those skimpy,sexy and colorful summer clothes.bye,bye summer items and hello autum and winter collection.and expect people rushing to walk to be able to reach there destinations.and to be comfort with heater hehehehe.

LIFE AFTER''HOLLAND''

after the 6 hours to drive from holland finally were back in berlin.nothing will be sweet and comfortable with your own house.but never the less i do enjoyed my short vacation with my in laws.they bring us to a coy fish show.my father in law is a fan of fish.actually he had a big fish pond at the back of there yard.he has a lot of different kind of fish that you can find.anyway the party is good i meet also there friends who happen to be the best friend of my father in law.maybe next time again i would love to be part of that party for the second time.

sales is the nice word for the consumer like me.in any items that is sale is always good in our eyes and ears specially those lovely clothes and shoes oh la la who will not be temp to buy.girls will always be girls who will always loved to shop poor husbands lol need to work hard for the sake of there lovely wives.we are sorry for you guys but the womans nature cant be change.

from a dusseldorf visitors to united kingdom.its hard having an international friend joke.i recieve an email with a friend of us from england letting us know that they are planning to viset us here in berlin.its quite a while since the last weve seen each other.im excited to see them now they been so helpful with us during our time in england.now its our time to welcome them in our place and to show how thankful and happy we are to be there friend.

AUGUST

Month of AUGUST a lot of people celebrate there birthday on this month.my mother in law and my step daugther is one of those people who will celebrate.this 19th where planning to go in holland to join my mother in law's birthday celebration.i already have a gift for her except with my step daughter i stell dont know what to give.im thinking to give her a nicklace or a toys.but yeah lets just see what will happen.

SCHMAND KUCHEN

let me share you my cheese cake.but in a german way the called it schmand kuchen.


1st:

75gr.butter
75gr.sugar
1 egg
150gr.flour
1tsp baking powder

2nd:

0,5 liter fresh milk
2 pack vanilla pudding powder
150gr.sugar

3rd:

3 becher schmand
125gr.flussigbutter
2-3 small cans of mandarine

The milk,pudding powder and 150gr.white sugar cook it untell it will simmer set it aside and let it untell be cold.if you notice that the pudding is already cold add the 3 small cups of schmand cream.and 125gr.flussig butter and 2-3 cans of small cans mandarine
And then mex the 75gr.butter,75gr.whitesugar,1egg,150gr.flour,1tsp baking powder.after that place the finesh thing in a baking pan.

bake it 45 minutes and in 200grade

COCONUT MACAROONS

I cook yesterday some cookies called ''coconut macaroons'' and now i want to share to all of you my cooking recipe.

Ingredients:of how to make coconut macaroons

1.}3 eggs

2.}1pck grated coconut macaroons

3.}1/3 cups of white sugar

4.}1 table spoon vanilla extract

Thats it mex all the ingredients and and slowly place it in a small paper cups.cook it in 15 minutes

my hubbys birthday has finally come and it means another year to be added.we just have a small get together with my parents in laws who travel so far just to greet and to be able to join the day of there beloved son.im happy for you my dear and i love you so much.

BIRTDAY

Its my hubbys birthday as usual i will be busy.my parents in law niece and grandma of stephan is coming over.they will stay for a weekend here.im planning to cook a cake and cookies for my beloved half.so at least we have a little things to eat tonight after the dinner.i hope he will like it if he saw what ive done for hem on his birthday.simple things but it comes from my heart.because i love him so.happy birthday honey wish you all the best.

CONFLICT

Im a bit worried with my sister.i thought if the will go and days will pass everything will be alright.so i let them to cool down so then they will realize that things is useless to fight for.but now im quite worried for the two of them i think i waited so long for the two of them to reconcile month's pass but i stell ddint saw the two of them talk to each other.or hear something happen good with them.but anyway im just praying that they will talk and end all this silly things and live peaceful life together.

NEIGHBOUR

I have a sensitive and over acting neighbour. at 1st i really dont mind her.untell this last afternoon.i was so irritate with her when she ask me to use my head set because her reason is she want to read her book.but her problem is she cant concentrate because she can hear my music.i live in an apartment and of coures my music is just in a normal sound and as will as a normal music an FM music.i told her back off i dont like to see your face anymore and mind with your own.she was shock and went away.im nice but not naive.

BAD TIMING

Today is my friends hubby birthday.its really fun and i really love to come but unfortunately i cant because of my monthly period.and it was come today the day of my friends hubby. i really do want to come but the party was hailed in a the park.you know im thinking i will be more uncomfortable because where sitteng in the ground what a shame.but anyway its ok i explain it to my friend and she understand with my but i ask my hubby to come at least even my presence is not around at least one of us is there.be luck next time.

CALL

I just called up with my family in ASIA to ask how they are. if everything is alright.and thank god everything is in good hand.and of coures i missed them so much its been so long since the last time that i saw them specially with my loving MOTHER and FATHER.i missed those happy moments when where still together.its hard to be apart with people whom you love.but yet thats life sometimes we have to sacrifice something. so our dremas in life will come true.otherwise it will always be just a dream.isnt it?

PARTIME JOB

I got a partime job now.it was oreginally my friend work she hand over it with me while she is out for a 3 weeks vacation.i was so happy when she told me bout it.because so far this is my 1st time job here since we transfer.its quite hard to find a job here specially with me.a total stranger in this country but yet a lovely and nice country to live.im still on the stage where im trying to adopt there culture so far im enjoying it and im little bit little bit feel at home.

VACATION IN U.S.A

My friend of mine just came back from her holiday vacation in United States. She just called me up this morning and let me know that she is around now. And of course, she shared with me her good experience while she was in United States. She enjoys so much her vacation together with her family. It is her first time to be in UNITED STATES. Aside from that, she had many relatives there. She said three weeks is not enough for her to visit all the beautiful places in the U.S.A I was laughing at her when she told me that she is planning now on her next trip to the US again. Anyway I am glad to know that they all been safe and they enjoyed so will with their vacation. WELCOME HOME to all of you guy's

HOW TO MAKE BIKO

Would like to share my way of making BIKO

1.)5 cups of glutinous rice (white or black)

2.) 1-kilo brown sugar

3.)1 liter Thai coconut milk (or any kind of coconut milk)

first step wash the glutinous rice and cook it like the way you cook the normal rice. While you’re cooking the glutinous rice. Place the coconut milk and the brown sugar in a cooking pan and start to cook it until it will be a little bet sticky. After that wait until the glutinous rice is cook and cold. By the time, that everything is ok mix the glutinous rice to the cook coconut and brown sugar. And after that transfer ire to a square pan and place it to the refrigerator. In 30 min its will be ready to eat.

POLLAND TRIP

We were been in POLAND last week for 3-days holiday together with my hubby .It was short holiday but fun. It long drive from here in Berlin to Poland. while I’m in the car I was so bored, bored of waiting for the time to come that will arrive in Poland .but after 3 hours at last we arrive in our destination when I saw the beautiful places of the country. Then I told myself now everything is worth it all the 3-hour boredom in the car and tiredness .I surely wants to come back in this country called POLAND.

GREEK WAY

I was so touch and impress with my beloved Greek old friend. Every time I meet her, she always gives me little things that really touch my heart. She is so generous with me. This time she gives me a plant that she bought it from her country. She’s so religious woman that I admire the most. She treats me like her own daughter I am so thankful and honored to meet such a wonderful woman like her.

MEETING WITH FRIEND

I am going to meet my friend, who just came back from her holiday vacation .I am quite so excited of meeting her? Because honestly I miss her so much, were always together specially if she don’t have work she called me up to say that she’s on her way to pick me up. How naughty my friend is. However, she is a very loving, sweet, understanding and generous person. She is a person that easy to please. That why no wonder that she had many friends. She’s a kind of friend that you would always kept forever

RECONCILE

For the first time of my life, I can say that I am on the level of happiness. Because good thing, happen between my sister and me. When I got married, my sister and I had a misunderstanding. It was only a small thing that both of us dent want to understand because of a silly pride. Someday I just realize that there are enough problems that our world is facing off. Life too short to waste our time in those silly and childish things. By then I just pick my phone and call my sis. To ask forgiveness and forget everything happens. And start with a new happy life.

BIKO

I visit my old neighbors today. In addition, for that I bring her some dessert that she can eat after her dinner. We went to Pilipino community yesterday and we usually make it especial time while we are there. The celebration it has to be always been presents for all Pilipino and of course, any family has nice tables. We also make (BIKO.) or in English rice cake this time I make it personally, I really like it because it easy to make this kind of recipe. I also told my husband to bring some to his office so that his co-worker can taste something from the Filipino foods’. Because I always wanted to share, something to all the people surrounds me. Even in the little things that I can share, I am willing to share.

CARROT(fruit)CAKE

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
1/2 cinamon powder
1/2 cup oil
2pcs eggs
1/2 cup carrot(grated)
1can pineaplle(chopped)
1/2cup walnuts(chopped)

mix all dry ingredients together.
beat the eggs then add to the dry ing;add oil then mix well
bake in the moderate heat 180 degree almost 1 hour cook

3 weeks

3 weeks more after that my friends where leaving to another country again.because of her husband work her husband is working in dutch embassy he is a diplomat its sad because there really a nice person.but anyway its ok i know that where going to see each other again.in a short period of time we have lots of memories together.most of the time in weekend the always invite as to there home with a dinner and chatting.sometimes where watch a good film together with her child while our husband is out for a cold beer.i surely miss them

FALSE ALARM

All i know i was pregnant.im 1 month delayed i hold my self not to take a pregnantce test because maybe it was just a false alarm which is im right.just last week when i got my period its quite sad because i have a bit hope in my heart that i am pregnant.but anyway better luck next time. i think its not the proper time yet.when my hubby knew that i ddnt got my period he was really praying that im pregnant.now its alright his sad but he said maybe next time.hopefully god will grant our wish to have a child soon.

DINNER WITH MY HUBBY'S COLLEAGUE

Tonight im having a little dinner in my home together with the colleague of my hubby.i have to cook again hmmp but anyway its just sometimes why not.i plan to cook a pansit,lumpiang shanghai,and dutch style meat balls . easy to make but healthy and yummy.hopefully she will like it im not really a good cooker. but i will try my best to please everybody.anyway the most important is who you are inside and out.

''POLLAND''

POLLAND is our next destination. this weekend where going to polland for a vacation again together with our friends.

Now im quite excited and im looking forward and ready to experience in the country of POLLAND.

''HUNGARY''

Will after 3 day's of czech republic we travel again to hungary.5 hour travel from prague to budapest hungary.


Its a nice place quite bigger than czech.but as i notice people in czech is more friendly than people in hungary dont know but through our experience thats why i can say so.


Hungary as far as i know the was been captured with the turkish people.the country is good i still enjoy.we try the 1 hour cruise it was fun.they have lots of nice views hestorical things that quite interested.


I love the hotel where we stay for a day's its a 5 star hotel.start to 9 in the am went to the city to look around and after a 4 hour's walk we went back to hotel.for at least wait again for the sun to come down. because its really hot.but anyway while where waiteng the sun to come down the hotel have a nice and lovely swimming pool,sauna,jaccuzi and gym.seline the daughter of our friend enjoyed a lot with the swimming pool its fun to play with her.


After a 3 day's again we head back to czech to stay over for a night and after a night we travel back home here in berlin.short vacation but good and fun experience.

CZECH REPUBLIC''PRAGUE''

My hubby and I together with our Turkish friends went to Czech Republic. It was my first time to visit the country.

It was 4 hours travel by car from Berlin to ‘‘Prague’’two times we stop with a gasoline station to use toilets and to straight our legs a bit.

After a 4-hour’s journey, we arrive in Prague. We check in our hotel and rest for 30 minutes and after we started to look around a little bit. And 7 pm we look for a good restaurant where we can eat our dinner.


We tried the Czech foods its lovely and I love the people there friendly enough. the country is just small but the important is the people so far our vacation and through our experience its great if I can rate them 1 to 5 I’m going to rate them 5.


I love their old historical church it is fabulous and of course, the other breath taking views.


Wonderful experience you must try guys so you know how I feel. it’s really pretty relaxing.

relaxing

Just been home. i meet a friend today we went to the mall a bit relaxation with a stressful life hehehe.you know girls us usual chatting chatting again.we eat in chinese restaurant and after that we diceded to look around and buy some sales things that we saw you know.our economy so far is bad. we must be clever to choose of buying stuff.after 5 hours bonding we went back home.to rule our duties to our husband.cooking time again.speaking of cooking i have to go now before my hubby get back from his work most start cooking now..

fish spa

its my 1st time to be on this challenging spa.we are on our holliday last january in penang malaysia.because of my (oma)grandma of stephan whos the reason behind hahahaha.anyway it was an hilarious experience that i had in malaysia.the 1st tiny bites of the fish on youre foot makes you jump and scream totally loud.thats what my aunt did. unfortunately she got all the attention of the people on the spa they cant help to laugh out with my aunt my gosh how embarrassing.but anyway most of the people did the same way so it the doesnt matter at all.small fishes they say by doing this help your blood better circulation and make your dry skin a bit lesser.try this its really fun.

my love story

I was 22 year's old when i meet my husband in thailand. someone related with me accidentally meet him. and that person was been the reason behind of all happiness that i feel now.our realationshep started with nothing no expectation and everything.we invited him out for a dinner.that night is the day when we formally introduce to each other.and we never expect as will that night some strange feelings will grow and broken heart will healed.after 1 and a half year long distance affair.we diceded to settle down.we fex all my papers in philippines and december 24 i arrived here in germany and january 18 we get married.untell now we live peacefully and we stell inlove and happy together.faith and trust is the main ingredients to a good relationshep

baldemor

the man's of my life i love the two of them my hubby and my cute dog. i named him baldemor he mean so much to me we got hem when he was a 1 month old and a days after our wedding. my hubby bought hem his reason was at least someone is with me while he is out of work .how so sweet my hubby is.isnt it? i never had a dog in my life way back before when i was in philippines thats why dnt have any idea how to take care of hem.but lucky we have a lovely and intellegent dog he never give me head ache. its never been hard for me to take care of him because he was cooperative as will with me. and of coures through the help also of my hubby. he has always dogs on his life since he was young he teach me a lot.baldemor brought a lot of joy to our family. he eat 3 times a day and ones a week i put hem in the bath .and i bring hem out to walk,pee and poop for at least 4 times a day.having anemal in youre life is great.anemal is everyones bestfriend.

Bestfriend?its easy to say but its hard to find..nimfa 1st from left the most amazing woman that i've known.i meet her and her family during the time when me and my hubby live in england because of his work.i always been lonely on my 1st month in england untell the time i meet nimfa.she help me to embrace and be comfortable to the people sorounds me.i learn a lot of her she guided me with everything as if we know each other for so long.she was so at ease with me. and the same way i am to her.through all my sadness she always been there at my side.she was been a great sistha of mine.now whe are miles miles away each other it was never been a hendrance to us to continue the good relationshep that we had.i love her that much. a simple woman.im bless for having her a best friend of mine.

hmmmp,today its really a bad day for me. im not feeling will it started last nigth when i feel so uncomftable with my tummy.dnt know what ive eat that tregered with my tummy.i cried a lot my gosh last night because my tummy really cramping to the max. and i cant even fart oopps.i went to the toilet for 4 times to vowel and cant even sleep so will.i pity with my hubby coz he ddnt sleep good bcoz of me.but thanks god now its getting better.i tell it to my friend bout what happen with me.my gosh she was laughing out loud and she said gurl just try to fart everything will be alright with you.its really true the saying a friend can make you laugh and cry and take note can make you irritate as will.hehehehehe

A LOVELY DENNHA!!

Saturday evening my hubby and I meet with a long lost Turkish friend of him here in Berlin. He is married and he has a precious 2-year-old daughter. It was a great and yet a simple dinner in an Indonesian restaurant. The couple was so great i like them so much. and i enjoyed playing with their little girl.She was so sweet and with my surprise even though it was our 1st encounter. she was comfortable enough with me which is I love it. her mom was so amaze with her because she saw how happy and excited her daughter was with my presence. She likes to play with me and as will as i am with her I like children. Anyway we end up to play with the candle and repeating singing with a happy birthday. we separate our ways at 10 o'clock in the evening .the dinner is great and yet simple. However, the most important is we enjoy our company together and in our hearts we knew that is the start of a new friendship and relationship together...

Yesterday !!! wait what ive done yesterday??? ah ok i took my breakfast with a lovely hot chocomilk with bread .and after that i clean the house which is my daily routine and i study with a few hour's.and chat with my friends online i love to talk with them the help me to realx and ease my boredom we have lot's of good conversation sometimes naughty,funny things and somes is a bit drama .anyway before my hubby went back at home i make sure that our dinner is set.and after our dinner my hubby ask me to go out for a walk or a bit of fresh nose hehehe coz the weather is so lovely.we went to a turkish bar we drink a bit liquor just to spice a bit.and after that we went to an indonisean restaurant and eat some soup they call it suto ayam really lovely i like it.i have a simple but lovely day together with my hubby.

Funny experience...

Hallo everyone again I’m back!last Sunday may 31 me and my husband and some of my friends went to konstanzer str.one of the big park here in Berlin people here called it Thai park because lot's of Thai people went there. But it’s a public park, which means everyone is welcome. Anyway, about last Sunday so me and my hubby bring some food's BBQ Cesar salad and some rice always present hehehe.and my Thai friend and her hubby bring some Thai food. at the morning until 4 at the afternoon it was so great weather. everyone is enjoying with the sun until the unexpected weather come and my gosh where all about to eat everything is done and prepared.when the rain started to fall. My gosh and we didn’t even give any chance to bite some of our yummy foods because the naughty rain interrupt that easy. we pack all our things us quickly us we can and we end up laughing it’s so unforgettable moment. but anyway we still enjoy even though all of us end up to eat in a Thai restaurant because we’re all hungry..Simple and little things if you will put it in to your heart and makes it with joy it will be a fantastic experience and memories that you will cherries forever.
